PURE LOOP

Continuously clean performance

Founded on 1 January 2015, the EREMA’s new sister company exclusively specializes on the recycling of clean production waste using shredder-extruder technology. The new ISEC (Integrated Shredder Extruder Combination) system of PURE LOOP turns production scrap of many different plastic types and forms – such as film, tapes, fibers, nonwovens, fabric, hollow bodies and solid plastic parts – into high-grade plastic pellets. Therefore, PURE LOOP provides an individual logistics solution for horizontal recycling right on the customer’s site. This ensures that as much production scrap as possible is already processed in the course of production and can be refed into the production cycle without any loss of quality.

Spirit Design supported the EREMA Group in developing the brand PURE LOOP, conceived the brand design’s basic scheme and applied it to individual brand applications.

Brand development

Efficient – right from the start

In cooperation with our client, we further defined the brand’s positioning and architecture: PURE LOOP presents itself as an independent brand but also communicates its connection to its parent EREMA. Such an approach guarantees both image transfer and recognition. The PURE LOOP recycling machines are found in a clean environment; they are easy to handle, compact and require a minimum of space. At low energy and maintenance costs, reduced CO2 emissions and high productivity, the brand PURE LOOP stands for individual, reliable solutions for sustainably optimizing the customer’s internal waste management.

Because flexibility counts

The new ISEC (Integrated Shredder Extruder Combination) machines adapts to individual logistic requirements for production scrap with a high degree of flexibility. It easy operation saves both time and personnel, while offering a level of energy efficiency that certainly pays off. The resulting high-grade plastic pellets guarantee optimal refeeding ratios. In addition, the intelligent technologies ifeed, istart and isave ensure fully automatic, continuous and yet efficient recycling.

Logo Design

Logo Design

A clear sign for clean sustainability

PureLoop | Brand Design

Products of the PURE LOOP brand present themselves in a puristic design and clean environment. This is already reflected in the reduced design of the word mark. The logo developed by Spirit Design invokes the idea of an endless loop in the horizontal recycling process: clean, efficiently and continuously sustainable as the logo of the “loop”. The color scheme in lush green, light grey and anthracite communicates the clean and high-quality aspects of the recycling machine. The addition “Member of EREMA Group” establishes the connection to the well-known parent company, thus exploiting its brand awareness as well as its positive image.

The strong characteristics of the lettering specially tailored to the company borrow from the layout of the facility. The diagonal slant of the lettering will be reused as a distinguishing feature in future applications.

The new word mark was transferred to the branding of the product line. It is found in the logo of the ISEC generation of machinery and in the underlying logic explaining the product features. With the “loop”, they assume the trademark of the logo and thus become a distinctive element of the brand presence. The “loop” is prominently placed on the casing of the machine. In this way it provides an optimal long-distance effect for easy orientation.

Brand Design

Brand Design

The right combination makes the difference

The brand elements of PURE LOOP developed by Spirit Design will be implemented in the individual brand applications on a step by step basis. The objective is to create a harmonious overall appearance of a holistically conceived, integrated design, including the product language of the recycling machines.

In cooperation with the client, we conceived the most important brand touchpoints in the initial phase, such as the printed materials, website, machine interface and a target group-specific brochure.
