A popular event format is the “innovation breakfast”, which invites a prominent individual each month for the purpose of giving inspiring impetus to the team of Casinos Austria – Österreichische Lotterien from the diverse areas of their work.

In his lecture, “Bad design vs good design. What does the term design actually mean?”, Daniel Huber, Managing Partner of Spirit Design, took the 60 co-workers on a journey through the world of design.  Nowadays the term design is used in an inflationary manner, for the most part without a thorough understanding of its meaning and effect. Design can be a very powerful tool in transferring values as well as gaining competitive advantages. Daniel Huber explored the question of how design can be implemented the right way in order to increase customer commitment as well as enhance the company’s image and boost sales.
